As part of C-Track, the system has document management capabilities that allow user to upload, view, edit, and manage documents from within. This will ensure continuity in case information and documentation. As part of CAMP, we’ve performed a document migration to capture the vast majority of files from E-Sleeves and upload them onto C-Track. If you are looking for a file within a case in C-Track and are unable to find it, please send an e-mail to COA.Modernization@ontario.ca with specific details around the file you’re looking for, Case number, and file type, and a member of our team will reach out to support you.
Please note: You are not losing access to E-Sleeves altogether – you will still have read-only access to E-sleeves. Going forward, all new documents should be saved in C-Track. If you are unable to save a document within C-Track for whatever reason, please send an e-mail to COA.Modernization@ontario.ca with specifics around the document you’re trying to upload (e.g., File Name, File Type, File Size, Case number).
- Accessing C-Track
You can access C-Track through the following link: https://cms.intra.ctrack.coa.mag.gov.on.ca/. Make sure to bookmark this link to your Favourites folder, as this will be how you access the system going forward. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to access the system, please send an e-mail to COA.Modernization@ontario.ca and a member of our team will grant you access as soon as possible.
